What file formats do you accept?
JPEG, PNG, and WebP. We accept images at any resolution — the higher the source, the better the output quality.
How do I send you the images?
After payment, we'll share a private Dropbox folder for you to upload to. We'll send back the formatted images in the same folder.
Can you handle multiple retailer formats in one batch?
Yes. We can output the same images in multiple formats simultaneously — just select "Multiple formats" in the quote form.
What naming convention do you use?
We follow your spreadsheet or brief exactly. If you don't have one, we'll use the source filename with the retailer format appended.
How does the cropping work?
We use intelligent edge detection to ensure the subject is never cut off. Full-body shots are centred, cropped shots are anchored correctly to the edge.
Do you offer ongoing retainer pricing?
